Vikas currently works at Microsoft as a Product Manager building an AI based employee experience. Prior to Microsoft, Vikas worked as a Software Engineer at Salesforce. Originally from Michigan, Vikas graduated from The University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Computer Science. Vikas developed a passion for early childhood education through his work at after school programs, and teaching via volunteering and nonprofit organizations in high school and college. When he’s not working he spends his time traveling, running in Panhandle, playing tennis, or catching a warriors/giants game. He looks forward to working with the Associate Board and Children’s Council to raise awareness on the programs offered by the Children’s Council within the San Francisco community.
