- Raise our visibility so that all families who need our services know we are here for them.
- Improve our web and mobile technology so more parents can find child care information the way they want it.
- Improve access for low-income families to quality early care and education through parent education, counseling, and advocacy.
- Elevate the quality of child care available to San Francisco families, through our professional development and coaching for child care providers, with a focus on Family Child Care and license-exempt care.
- Strengthen our Board of Directors and expand our private base of support.
- Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork in everything we do.
