Nousheen joins Children’s Council with a background in project management, cross-functional coordination and data-driven operations. Throughout her career, she has specialized in leading complex workflows and driving process improvements that boost efficiency across multidisciplinary teams. In her role as Executive Support Project Manager, she works closely with the Chief of Staff to support executive priorities and strengthen organizational alignment.

After honing her operational expertise in the research and private sectors, Nousheen is excited to transition into a mission-based organization. She is deeply committed to ensuring every child in San Francisco has the opportunity to thrive and looks forward to leveraging her skills to empower local families and educators.

Nousheen earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biology, bringing a unique analytical rigor to her approach to organizational growth. A San Francisco local, she stays active through strength training, bouldering and cycling.
