Vinkey is an active philanthropist with roots in the biotech industry. She is raising two young daughters with her husband in San Francisco and is immersed in early childhood education and development.

Victoria Fram
A Children’s Council board member, Victoria is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at VilCap Investments. She brings to our organization not only a wealth of professional experience, but also a personal drive to help families. She and her husband live in San Francisco with their two sons.
