• Understand profit and loss statements
• Write business plans

• Pre-work: Capture your expenses for 30 days (spreadsheet provided).
• Group activities: Practice budgeting, drafting a business plan, and setting realistic goals.
• Coaching: Receive tailored support in small groups (available in English, Cantonese, and Spanish). Interpretation services will be available.
• Post-workshop support: Virtual check-ins to review progress and maintain accountability.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have:

• Drafted a personalized business plan.
• Practiced sorting expenses and using an Excel budgeting sheet.
• Set SMART business goals aligned with their financial needs.
