Child care educators are invited to join Healthy Apple for an interactive and reflective peer learning opportunity. Taking good care of yourself makes you even better equipped to take care of little ones.

In this virtual workshop, we will share and learn about how we strengthen our communities and are inspired by them. We want to hear your experiences and learn how to grow together. Topics include:

• Caring for our physical health through nutrition, movement, and connection to nature
• Caring for our emotional and social health, including reflecting on the pandemic and lessons learned for a better future
• Caring for our environmental and spiritual health via nature moments and connecting to sustainable, local food
• Connecting and building community
