Clotile House graduated from San Francisco State University in Child Development and Family Studies. She currently holds the position of Child Development Program Director through the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. She has experiences working for both profit and nonprofit organizations. Her background as a Preschool Teacher, Early Interventionist, School Director, and Administrator has cultivated her passion for working in the Human Social Service Field.

With her background and first-hand experience as a former client through 4C’s of San Mateo, Clotile knows Early Childhood Education has a profound impact on a child’s development. She believes it is her obligation to educate families with young children the importance of quality childcare and preschool programs. When parents know their child is in a quality child care/preschool program both thrive and therefore become successful. She is committed to providing support and services for the whole family.

Having been raised in the Bernal Heights/Mission district in San Francisco, Clotile appreciates the culinary collections San Francisco offers. She also enjoys hiking through the Pacific Coast and relishes every moment with her family and friends!
