Children’s Council Leadership Recognition Celebration

 

Children’s Council recently honored past leaders, child care champions and dedicated staff who have shaped our organization over the last 50 plus years by unveiling our Children’s Council Leadership Recognition Wall.

CFO Eric Fischer (Interim CEO, 2023-2024), Former CEO Sandee Blechman (2011-2019), COS Claudia Quinonez and Former CEO Dr. Gina Fromer (2019-2023).

This wall celebrates past CEOs, Board Chairs, Family Child Care Provider Champions, Patty Siegel Child Care Community Champions and our exemplary staff through the Farris Page Award. It serves as a reminder of the people whose passion created this movement and continue to uplift San Francisco children, families and early care educators. 

We honor each individual whose vision, leadership and commitment helped to build the strong foundation that continues to advance our mission and impact today.
