Lucia Cazares
Evaluation Manager
Lucia Cazares is the Evaluation Manager on the Research, Data, and Evaluation team at Children’s Council. She collaborates closely with program teams to measure impact, improve data-driven decision-making and support continuous improvement across the organization. Lucia has a background in business and evaluation consulting, including her work with community-based programs supporting early childhood development and reducing racial disparities. She holds an MBA and a Master of Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Hult International Business School. Passionate about making evaluation approachable and practical, Lucia enjoys helping colleagues use data in meaningful ways. Outside of work, she loves surfing, camping and spending time with her family in Mexico City.
