As Director of HR & Training at Children’s Council of San Francisco, she oversees the agency’s talent strategy and guides organizational training initiatives that strengthen workforce capacity across the organization. Laura also oversees day-to-day HR operations and leads the agency’s performance management practices, ensuring consistent, equitable processes that support staff development and organizational effectiveness.
