Jessie is a proud Bay Area native with over eight years of experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in programming, marketing, events, volunteer coordination and fundraising. Before joining Children’s Council, she served as the Wish Grant Coordinator for Do It For The Love, where she helped bring the healing power of music to children, adults and veterans. She also held the role of Development & Marketing Coordinator at Z Space, a local theater in San Francisco’s Mission District.

Throughout her career, Jessie has been driven by a deep passion for connecting donors and local businesses with the causes they care about the most—particularly in the areas of children’s welfare, healthcare, equity and the arts.

Outside of work, Jessie can often be found visiting animal rescues to shower cats and dogs with love, cheering on Bay Area sports teams, or both working and attending live events for fun. She also loves getting crafty with her hands, whether it’s sewing, baking, knitting, or practicing calligraphy.
