Iranique Anderson
Provider Supports Program Manager
Iranique Anderson is a Texas-native and third-generation educator with nearly a decade of combined experience in early childhood and K-12 education. As a Program Manager at Children’s Council, she leverages her extensive leadership and programmatic operations expertise to advance the organization’s mission of ensuring equitable access and opportunity for all children, providers, and families alike.
Iranique holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Youth and Community Studies and minoring in African and African Diaspora Studies. She earned her Master’s in Education in Educational Studies for Secondary Education from Johns Hopkins University and is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Compliance at Texas A&M University. This ongoing commitment to learning strengthens her ability to guide compliance-related work with integrity to promote fairness and inclusion.
Her diverse experience across the education and nonprofit sectors—including teaching, coaching, data analysis, and program management—has shaped her collaborative leadership style and her passion for operational excellence.
Iranique is dedicated to concerting my efforts to understand and apply best practices regarding policy, regulations, and community engagement, always striving to create systems that empower providers and families to ensure every child can thrive.
