Allie Chadwick
Allie Chadwick is a consultant at The Holding Co., a strategy and design consultancy reimagining the future of care. Before joining The Holding Co., she worked at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on education and technology, with a specialization in early childhood education. Originally from North Carolina, Allie earned her B.A. in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Allie is deeply passionate about early childhood education and empowering early childhood providers to grow and sustain their businesses. As a member of the Associate Board, she is excited to help improve the lives of children, families, and educators across the Bay Area.
