Al completar la clase de Salud y Seguridad Preventiva usted obtendrá un certificado. \nLa clase será dividida en dos sesiones y de manera virtual (tiene que asistir los 2 días): \n\nLa clase se ofrece Martes y Miercoles (en la fecha especificada que usted eliga cuando se registre) de 5:30pm a 9:30pm\n\nPor favor considere lo siguiente: \nEsta clase se imparten en línea\, se requiere la participación del 100% de todos los inscritos. Esto significa que debe tener su cámara encendida\, WIFI (internet) estable y estar inmóvil EN TODO MOMENTO. DESCRIPTION:At the completion of this one day course from 9am-5pm\, you will receive your certification from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI).\n\n\nThis pediatric CPR and First Aid class will grant you certification from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI)\, which is an approved affiliate training program by the California EMS Authority (EMSA). \nThis class is a one day class on SUNDAY from 9am to 5:00pm. You need to be there ALL DAY to receive certification. The class will be held at 445 Church Street\, San Francisco\, CA 94114. \nChildren are NOT allowed and there will NOT be child care. \n\n\nIn the event of a emergency participants are allowed to transfer into a different class date ONE time or request a refund with an advanced notice of 48 hours. \n \nMake sure to register with the email address where you want to receive your ticket. \n \nFor more information please email: incubatorteam@childrenscouncil.org \n\n\nCPR 4U2 Training Services is approved by the Health & Safety Institute (HSI) to teach the MEDIC First Aid PediatricPlus training program. DESCRIPTION:This course meets the Preventative Health and Safety (8-hour) requirement for Community Care Licensing.\n\n\nThis Preventive Health and Safety course (8 hours) is an affiliated training program approved by the Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) to meet the Community Care Licensing requirement. Upon completion of the Preventive Health and Safety class you will earn a certificate. \nThe class will be divided into two sessions and given virtually (you must attend both days): \n\nThe class will be offered Tuesday and Wednesday (on the specified date you choose when you register) from 5:30pm to 9:30pm\n\nPlease consider the following: \nThe class taught virtually and 100% participation is required from everyone who is enrolled. This means that you must have your camera on\, stable WIFI (internet) and be stationary AT ALL TIMES. If you do not refrain from doing other activities\, such as driving or being on public transportation during either session\, you will be asked to log off and reschedule your class. \nThe Zoom link to access the training will be sent to the participants 24 hours before the class by email along with the necessary materials attached. Please use the same link for both sessions. \nIt is a requirement to attend both days to obtain your certificate\, which will be sent within 20 days after the completion of the course through USPS. Be sure to provide a valid mailing address for your card\, which requires your signature upon receipt. Explore formas de aprovechar sus habilidades e intereses únicos para crear un programa que sea personalmente satisfactorio además de atractivo para las familias. Aprenda a identificar las necesidades de sus clientes y cual es su público objetivo para servirle mejor. Al terminar este taller se llevará consigo estrategias para destacar lo que hace su programa único y como promocionarlo en el mercado. \nActividades y Diseño Curricular (Miércoles 29 de Abril\, 6-8:30pm) \nComience a planificar el elemento central de su negocio: actividades diarias y planes curriculares semanales. Le invitamos a la discusión sobre cómo crear actividades que apoyan el desarrollo del niño.Diseñe un plan de enseñanza- aprendizaje que le encante enseñar y que a los niños les encantará seguir. \nCree su Mejor Ambiente (Miércoles 6 de Mayo\, 6-8:30pm) \nExhiba su lado creativo y diseñe su mejor espacio. Planifique un ambiente que apoye a los niños con su aprendizaje social-emocional y cognitivo\, así como su propio bienestar. Aprenda a usar el color\, la iluminación y el espacio para relajarse o energizarse dependiendo del horario diario. Practique creando diferentes áreas de actividad e identifique cuáles son las mejores áreas para el currículo de su programa. \nComercialice su Negocio (Miércoles 13 de Mayo\, 6-8:30pm) \n¿Qué hace que su negocio de cuidado infantil sobresalga? ¡Usted sabe lo que tiene de especial su programa – ahora comparta ese mensaje con las familias y su comunidad! Aprenda los principios básicos para promocionar sus servicios y desarrolle su plan. Los temas incluyen la planificación a largo plazo para tener inscripción completa\, plan de estrategias para sus anuncios publicitarios y una estrategia de promoción dirigida. \nContratos y Políticas (Miércoles 20 de Mayo\, 6-8:30pm) \nConstruya una relación profesional con los clientes mediante la creación de un contrato que apoye tanto a su negocio como a los clientes que usted atiende. Cree un manual para sus familias que delinee expectativas claras entre usted y sus familias. Establezca una comunicación positiva con las familias aprendiendo un lenguaje centrado en los beneficios y así educar a las familias acerca de cómo maneja su programa y por qué. \nComunicación con las Familias (Miércoles 27 de Mayo\, 6-8:30pm) \nLa comunicación eficaz genera entendimiento y confianza. Cree un plan de comunicación y participación familiar para su programa y aprenda acerca de cómo navegar conversaciones desafiantes\, requisitos legales y cómo proteger su negocio. \nFinanzas Empresariales (Miércoles 3 de Junio\, 6-8:30pm) \n¿Podría estimar con precisión los costos de su negocio? Venga a aprender esto y más. Cree un presupuesto financiero para su negocio.
