All children, regardless of income, should have access to high-quality toys and materials that support the development of physical skills, language, literacy and cognitive skills. 

Children’s Council’s Toy and Book Lending Library is a free community resource available to all! Families, educators and caregivers are invited to borrow items from our curated collection of materials geared towards infants, toddlers and children up to 6 years old. 

We offer a wide selection of books, toys, games, puzzles, art supplies, puppets, building blocks, balls, dramatic play materials and developmentally-appropriate toys that support children’s fine and gross motor development.

Our Toy & Book Lending Library also includes materials for and about children with special needs, as well as resources for LGBT families.
