Explore formas de aprovechar sus habilidades e intereses únicos para crear un programa que sea personalmente satisfactorio además de atractivo para las familias. Aprenda a identificar las necesidades de sus clientes y  cual es su público objetivo para servirle mejor. Al terminar este taller se llevara consigo estrategias para  destacar lo que hace su programa único y como promocionarlo en el mercado.  \nActividades y Diseño Curricular (Miércoles 19 de Julio\, 6pm – 8:30pm) \nComience a planificar el elemento central de su negocio: actividades diarias y planes curriculares semanales. Le invitamos a  la discussion sobre cómo crear actividades que apoyan el desarrollo del niño.Diseñe un plan de enseñanza- aprendizaje que le encante enseñar y que a los niños les encantará seguir. \nCree su Mejor Ambiente (Miércoles 26 de Julio\, 6pm-8:30pm) \nExhiba su lado creativo y diseñe su mejor espacio. Planifique un ambiente que apoye a los niños con su aprendizaje social-emocional y cognitivo\, así  como su propio bienestar. Aprenda a usar el color\, la iluminación y el espacio para relajarse o energizarse dependiendo del horario diario. Practique creando  diferentes áreas de actividad e identifique cuáles son las mejores áreas para el currículo de su programa.  \nComercialice su Negocio (Miércoles 2 de Agosto\, 6pm-8:30pm) \n¿Qué hace que su negocio de cuidado infantil sobresalga? ¡Usted sabe lo que tiene de especial su programa – ahora comparta ese mensaje con las familias y su comunidad! Aprenda los principios básicos para promocionar sus servicios y desarrolle su plan. Los temas incluyen la planificación a largo plazo para tener inscripción completa\, plan de estrategias para sus anunicios publicitarios y una estrategia de promocion dirigida.  \nContratos y Políticas (Miércoles 9 de Agosto\, 6pm-8:30pm) \nConstruya una relación profesional con los clientes mediante la creación de un contrato  que apoye tanto a su negocio como a los clientes que usted atiende. Cree un manual para sus familias que delinee  expectativas claras entre usted y sus familias. Establezca una comunicación positiva con las familias aprendiendo un lenguaje centrado en los beneficios y así educar a las familias acerca de cómo maneja su programa y por qué.  \nComunicación con las Familias (Miércoles 16 de Agosto\, 6pm-8:30pm) \nLa comunicación eficaz genera entendimiento y confianza. Venga a aprender las mejores prácticas de comunicación con las familias desde el momento de la  llamada  telefónica inicial\, la visita\, la  inscripción y más allá. Cree un plan de comunicación y participación familiar para su programa y aprenda acerca de cómo navegar conversaciones desafiantes\, requisitos legales y cómo proteger su negocio.  \nFinanzas Empresariales (Miércoles 23 de Agosto\, 6pm-8:30pm) \n¿Podría estimar con precisión los costos de su negocio? Venga a aprender esto y más. Cree un presupuesto financiero para su negocio. Obtenga un mejor conocimiento de modelos financieros que muestren el nivel de inscripción que necesita tener para cubrir sus costos. Determine cuándo comenzará a generar una ganancia. Establezca precios justos que sean lucrativos y salga con una mejor comprensión de sus finanzas. DESCRIPTION:Al completar la clase\, usted obtendrá su certificación del HSI (Health & Safety Institute).\n\n\nEsta clase de Primeros Auxilios y RCP pediatrico te concederá certificación del HSI (Health & Safety Institute) lo cual es un programa de entrenamiento afiliado y aprobado por la Autoridad de Servicios Médicos de Emergencia (Emergency Medical Services-EMSA).  \nNota: Es una clase de dos dias que actualmente se divide en una sesion virtual y una sesion en persona\, se requiere su asistencia de ambos dias.  \n\nViernes\,  5:30 p.m. a 9:30 p.m. será virtual (El enlace de Zoom se enviara 24 horas antes de la clase)\nSábado\, 9 a.m. a 1:00 p.m. se llevará a cabo en 445 Church Street\, San Francisco\, 94114\n\n\n\nLos participantes pueden transferirse a una fecha de clase diferente UNA vez\, no habrá transferencias adicionales después de eso o pedir un rembolso con un aviso por lo menos 48-24 horas de anticipacion.  \n\n\nCPR 4U2 Training Services está aprobado por el Instituto de HSI (Health & Safety Institute) para impartir el programa de capacitación MEDIC First Aid PediatricPlus. DESCRIPTION:Este curso cumple con el requisito de Salud y Seguridad Preventiva (8 horas) para Community Care Licensing.\n\n\nEste curso de Salud y Seguridad Preventiva (8 horas) es un programa de entrenamiento afiliado y aprobado por la Autoridad de Servicios Médicos de Emergencia (Emergency Medical Services-EMSA) para cumplir con el requisto de Community Care Licensing. Al completar  la clase de Salud y Seguridad Preventiva usted obtendrá un certificado.  \nLa clase será dividida en 2 partes y se dará de manera virtual (tiene que asistir  los 2 días):  \n\nLa clase se ofrecera Lunes y Martes (en la fecha especificada que usted eliga cuando se registre) de 5:30pm a 9:30pm\n\nPor favor considere lo siguiente: \nDebido a preocupaciones en torno a la salud pública\, el entrenamiento se presentará en línea. El enlace de Zoom para acceder al entrenamiento se enviará a los participantes 24 horas antes de la clase  por correo electrónico  y se anexarán los materiales necesarios. Use  el mismo enlace para las dos sesiones. \nDebido a que estas clases se imparten en línea\, se require el 100% de participación de todos los que están inscritos. Esto significa que deberán mostrar sus rostros todo el tiempo\, tener WIFI (internet) estable y abstenerse de hacer cualquier otra actividad\, así como conducir o estar en un transporte público durante ambas sesiones. Es un requisito el asistir los dos días para obtener su certificado\, el cual es enviado dentro de los 20 días posteriores a la terminación del curso a través de USPS. Asegurese de dar una dirección válida para enviarle su tarjeta\, la cual requerie su firma cuando la reciba. Si los participantes no pueden cumplir con estos requisitos\, deberán reprogramar la clase o\, lamentablemente no serán considerados para el entrenamiento de Zoom. \nLos participantes pueden reprogramar su clase o pedir un reembolso solamente una vez con 5 días de anticipación (no habrá transferencias/reembolsos adicionales).

SUMMARY:Early Educator Workshop: Preventative Health and Safety 20230417
DESCRIPTION:This course meets the Preventative Health and Safety (8-hour) requirement for Community Care Licensing.\n\n\nThis  Preventive Health and Safety course (8 hours) is an affiliated training program approved by the Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) to meet the Community Care Licensing requirement. Upon completion of the Preventive Health and Safety class you will earn a certificate. \nThe class will be divided into 2 parts and will be given virtually (you must attend both days): \n\nThe class will be offered Monday and Tuesday (on the specified date you choose when you register) from 5:30pm to 9:30pm\n\nPlease consider the following: \nDue to public health concerns\, the training will be presented online. The Zoom link to access the training will be sent to the participants 24 hours before the class by email along with the necessary materials attached. Please use the same link for both sessions. \nBecause these classes are taught online\, 100% participation is required from everyone who is enrolled. This means that you must show your faces at all times (camera on)\, have stable WIFI (internet) and refrain from doing any other activity\, as well as driving or being on public transportation during both sessions. It is a requirement to attend both days to obtain your certificate\, which will be sent within 20 days after the completion of the course through USPS. Be sure to provide a valid mailing address for your card\, which requires your signature upon receipt. If participants are unable to meet these requirements\, they will need to reschedule the class or\, unfortunately\, they will not be considered for the Zoom training. \nParticipants can reschedule their class or request a refund only once with 5 days in advance (there will be no additional transfers/refunds).

Our Training-Of-Trainers will provide the resources\, knowledge\, and facilitation strategies to deliver strength-based training to educators where skills\, knowledge\, and interests are applied in their business in a unique way. We will also provide you with the tools and resources to deliver engaging and compelling workshops. We’ll build new relationships and support communication between you and your child. The facilitator is a mom herself\, with a background in social psychology and adult and child education. This group is aimed at moms with children.
