Participants will learn how to identify signs of compassion fatigue\, develop a plan to enhance professional quality of life and create a comprehensive self-care plan.  \nA free gift of colorful stamps\, a copy of Breathe Like a Bear: 30 Mindful Moments for Kids to Feel Calm and Focused Anytime\, Anywhere\, and mindfulness activities for kids will be given to attendees of both day of virtual training.? \nMindful Kids is a boxed card deck containing 50 creative mindfulness games\, visualizations and exercises to help children feel grounded\, find calm\, improve focus\, practice loving-kindness and relax. Whimsical full-color illustrations on both sides of the cards break down each practice into easy-to-follow steps. Inclusive for children of all abilities!

Cuando termine y complete la clase de Salud y Seguridad usted obtendrá un Certificado de por vida.  La clase será dividida en 2 partes:  \n\nLa fecha especificada (Viernes) en el evento 9am-1pm.  \nY el siguiente día (Sabado) con el mismo horario 9am-1pm\n\nPara información por favor contactar a Gabriela Meneses a gabriela@bananasbunch.org \nPor favor tome en cuenta lo siguiente: \nDebido a preocupaciones en torno a la salud pública\, el entrenamiento se presentará en línea. Design Your Unique Program: September 29\,  6-8:30pm Take your business ideas and really make them a reality! Explore ways to leverage unique skills and interests to create a child care program that is personally fulfilling and attractive to families. Learn to identify the needs of your clients and target audiences you can best serve. You’ll leave  this class with strategies for your core program offering and knowing what will make your program stand out in the market. Activities and Curriculum Design: October 6\, 6-8:30pm Get a head start planning for the core element of your business: daily activities and weekly curriculum plans. Come away knowing how to create activities that support a child’s development while staying true to your unique program idea. Build a curriculum plan you love teaching and children love following!  Create Your Best Environment: October 13\, 6-8:30pm Embrace your creative side and design your best space. Plan an environment that supports children with their social\, emotional and cognitive learning as  well as your own well-being. Learn how to use color\, lighting and space to relax or energize.
