SUMMARY:Early Educator Workshop: Preventative Health and Safety (English)  20250601
DESCRIPTION:This course meets the Preventative Health and Safety (8-hour) requirement for Community Care Licensing.\n\n\nThis Preventive Health and Safety course (8 hours) is an affiliated training program approved by the Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) to meet the Community Care Licensing requirement. Upon completion of the Preventive Health and Safety class you will earn a certificate. \nThe class will be divided into 2 parts and will be given virtually (you must attend both days): \n\nThe class will be offered Monday and Tuesday (on the specified date you choose when you register) from 5:30pm to 9:30pm\n\nPlease consider the following: \nThese classes are taught online\, 100% participation is required from everyone who is enrolled. This means that you must have your camera on\, stable WIFI (internet) and be stationary AT ALL TIMES. If you do not refrain from doing other activities\, such as driving or being on public transportation on either session you will be asked to log off and reschedule your class. \nThe Zoom link to access the training will be sent to the participants 24 hours before the class by email along with the necessary materials attached. Please use the same link for both sessions. \nIt is a requirement to attend both days to obtain your certificate\, which will be sent within 20 days after the completion of the course through USPS. Be sure to provide a valid mailing address for your card\, which requires your signature upon receipt. If participants are unable to meet these requirements\, they will need to reschedule the class\, this is allowed only one time. \nParticipants can reschedule their class or request a refund only once with 5 days in advance (there will be no additional transfers/refunds). \nReach out to incubatorteam@childrenscouncil.org on the morning of the day of your class (Monday) if you haven’t received the zoom link.

You need to be there ALL DAY to receive certification. DESCRIPTION:Este curso cumple con el requisito de Salud y Seguridad Preventiva (8 horas) para Community Care Licensing.\n\n\nEste curso de Salud y Seguridad Preventiva (8 horas) es un programa de entrenamiento afiliado y aprobado por la Autoridad de Servicios Médicos de Emergencia (Emergency Medical Services-EMSA) para cumplir con el requisto de Community Care Licensing. Al completar la clase de Salud y Seguridad Preventiva usted obtendrá un certificado. \nLa clase será dividida en 2 partes y se dará de manera virtual (tiene que asistir los 2 días): \n\nLa clase se ofrecera Lunes y Martes (en la fecha especificada que usted eliga cuando se registre) de 5:30pm a 9:30pm\n\nPor favor considere lo siguiente: \nEstas clases se imparten en línea\, se requiere la participación del 100% de todos los inscritos. Esto significa que debe tener su cámara\, WIFI (internet) estable y estar inmóvil EN TODO MOMENTO. Si no puede dejar de realizar otras actividades\, como conducir o estar en transporte público en cualquiera de las sesiones\, se le solicitará que se retire de la sesión y reprograme su clase. \nEl enlace de Zoom para acceder a la capacitación se enviará a los participantes 24 horas antes de la clase por correo electrónico junto con los materiales necesarios adjuntos. DESCRIPTION:This course meets the Preventative Health and Safety (8-hour) requirement for Community Care Licensing.\n\n\nThis Preventive Health and Safety course (8 hours) is an affiliated training program approved by the Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) to meet the Community Care Licensing requirement. Upon completion of the Preventive Health and Safety class you will earn a certificate. \nThe class will be divided into 2 parts and will be given virtually (you must attend both days): \n\nThe class will be offered Monday and Tuesday (on the specified date you choose when you register) from 5:30pm to 9:30pm\n\nPlease consider the following: \nThese classes are taught online\, 100% participation is required from everyone who is enrolled. This means that you must have your camera on\, stable WIFI (internet) and be stationary AT ALL TIMES. If you do not refrain from doing other activities\, such as driving or being on public transportation on either session you will be asked to log off and reschedule your class. \nThe Zoom link to access the training will be sent to the participants 24 hours before the class by email along with the necessary materials attached. Please use the same link for both sessions. \nIt is a requirement to attend both days to obtain your certificate\, which will be sent within 20 days after the completion of the course through USPS. Be sure to provide a valid mailing address for your card\, which requires your signature upon receipt. DESCRIPTION:Aprende a ofrecer un cuidado a los niños informado en cómo manejar el trauma y de manera consciente en nuestro serie virtual.\n\n\nÚnase a nuestra capacitación gratuita de cuatro semanas\, diseñada para educadores de primera infancia\, para comprender mejor el impacto del trauma en el desarrollo infantil y aprender estrategias para apoyar el bienestar de los niños y el suyo propio. No se lo pierdan\, ¡su participación puede marcar la diferencia en la vida de un niño! \nCada sesión en línea es de 2.5 horas incluye una sesión opcional de capacitacion de 30 minutos al final. Identifica los cuatro tipos de trauma y ha diferenciar entre como responder de forma saludable y no saludable. \n \nNeurociencia: Creando una Experiencia Positiva para la Infancia: 29 de Octubre\, de 6pm – 8:30pm \nAprenda sobre la neuroplasticidad y las conexiones neuronales\, y su impacto en una relación saludable entre usted como el cuidador y el niño. Cree rutinas para la previsibilidad\, aprenda sobre las vías cerebrales\, identifique palabras para describir las sensaciones de los niños y diseñe estrategias para brindar un entorno seguro. \n \nFatiga por Compasión vs. Agotamiento: 5 de Noviembre\, de 6pm – 8:30pm \nAprenda la diferencia entre la fatiga por compasión y el agotamiento y\, a su vez\, cómo brindar un mejor apoyo a los niños.
