Become a Child Care Provider

Childrens Council of San Francisco can help you every step of the way. We offer training and support on how to work with children. We support licensed and legally license-exempt child care. Most workshops, classes, and services are free, and in Spanish or English. We assist providers by phone, through our office, or at the provider's own facility. Child Care Capacity Building Project:
Offers classes and scholarships to people pursuing careers in early childhood education. We also support licensed providers with their professional development.

Family Child Care:
Helps licensed family child care providers promote healthy development in children. The program provides assessments and training.
