Free Referrals for Child Care and Other Family Resources in San Francisco

Children’s Council provides free child care referrals to licensed San Francisco child care centers and family child care homes.  We also provide free referrals to other San Francisco family resources such as employment, housing, health care, afterschool programs, and summer programs for youth.

Afterschool and Summer Programs

We can also connect you to high quality afterschool and summer programs throughout San Francisco. Click to read our annual Afterschool Guide or Summer Resource Guide in online reader format. The 2014 Summer Guide is due out in April. We encourage you use the 2013 guide as most programs operate very summer. You may qualify for assistance paying for afterschool and summer programs.
